How can you report your perpetrator to their university?

Do note that under section 424 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the following universities are legally obligated to make a police report for IBSA victim-survivors who have not done so. As such, a police report may be made by these universities after learning about your experience even if you do not want to engage the police.

We advise victim-survivors to reach out to these institutions about your experience only when you feel ready to do so.
